Manatee Palms Youth Services is a 60 bed facility providing comprehensive mental health care and education services for at-risk children and adolescents ages 6-17.  The facility is located in Bradenton, Fla, one hour from Tampa and 30 minutes from St. Petersburg and Sarasota.

Services/Programs

  • Specialty populations served include male sexual aggressor unit and female behavioral unit
  • Major referral source is Florida Medicaid SIPP (Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program)
  • Additional referral sources/contract provider for:
    • Various out-of-state social services agencies and state Medicaid
    • Florida DCF provider
    • Florida school boards
    • Managed Care - Value Options, Horizon, CIGNA, Wellpoint, others by out-of-network provider letters
