Local Basketball Star Counsels Children at Manatee Palms Youth Services

Bradenton native Francine Houston, known as a local basketball star, is giving back to the community by counseling children at Manatee Palms Youth Services. Houston, 27, played basketball at Southeast High School before attending the University of Central Florida, where she led her basketball in scoring during her final season (2007).
